The install button is missing in the add-ons "Installs" section.  To install another extension, one must go back to the "Extensions" section, where the button appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select "Tools", "Add-ons", "Install" button.
2.Select the XPI file to install, "Open".
3.Select "Install Now".

Actual Results:  
No "Install" button in next view.

Expected Results:  
User should always see the buttons at the bottom regardless of screen or view.  User may wish to install another add-on.
