When loading a html page that is present locally in the system, and using the file URI, the images load even when the "Show images" option is turned off or is NO. Pages loaded from the internet are rendered the correct way.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Fennec for linux
2. Turn "Show images" in preferences from yes to no
3. Load an html page with images using file : URI
Actual Results:
Image is shown
Expected Results:
Image should not be shown
