2.Notice the Top Downloads section
observed behavior:
-Add-ons are missing download info
-"View all Most downloaded add-ons" link is missing

http://pastebin.mozilla.org/732782 fixes this, but I don't know if we're preferring popular or downloads these days. sigh

We should do popular since that field is intended to switch to adu.
