57105 - unable to add to list of mail message recipients

Using Commercial 2000101608 on WinNT 4.0 SP4.

I haven't found a way to reliably reproduce this, but I frequently notice that
when I've opened a new mail message and am entering the list of recipients,
after I have entered about two names, I find myself unable to add any more names
to the list.

To repro:
1) create new mail message
2) enter [e-mail] and hit return (cursor automatically moves to
next line for an additional To recipient)
3) enter [e-mail] and hit return

Expected: cursor automatically moves to next line for an additional To recipient

Actual: cursor doesn't move to next line, and even if I click below the second
To: in the place where I should be able to enter the third, nothing happens and
I can't enter a third recipient.

Obviously, this is a serious usage blocker when it occurs; I've been unable to
find a workaround, and when this bug occurs, it limits the number of recipients
of a message to an arbitrary random number (generally 2-3).
