http://www.popcap.com/games/free/zuma The frog is supposed to point wherever the mouse hovers, but it doesn't: it looks like it only gets mouse position data after a click, or something strange like that. This is Leopard, Flash 10.0.42. Other popcap games and youtube display similar symptoms.

I just tested with the following configuration. The mouse event are working i.e. the frog follows the cursor. Youtube mouse over is also working. I wonder if the difference is the OS X version or the different flash build? Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100608 Minefield/3.7a5pre File: Flash Player.plugin Version: 10.0.45.2 Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100527 Firefox/3.6.4 It works for me. Frog is following the mover hovers. Tested in youtube also. File: Flash Player.plugin Version: 10.1.53.38 Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53
WFM with the latest trunk night on Mac OS X 10.6 and Flash 10.1, also WFM with the latest trunk nightly on Mac OS X 10.5 and Flash 10.0.42, which is the reporter's reported setup. Marking WFM, can reopen if more reports surface.
