571385 - Modify layout of search bar to be more intuitive on dashboard and search results page

The layouts for the dashboard and search result pages can be seen on the mock ups attached to this bug.


Things to note: 

- Remove the search button on both pages.
- Dashboard: Make everything into one horizontal line of box that fit across the entire width of the search bar. Layout can be found on the mockup.
- Search Results page: remove the titles "product" and "Version" as they're not on the front page. Also, put them on the same line as the advanced link. a colored area around the advanced options and space out the menu boxes so they fill out the new box as shown in the mock up.
