571401 - Printing certain (long) sites results in first page OK, second page only printing footer and no other pages printing.

Problem relates to printing websites which contain more than one page.  And happens for any printer selected or the print preview.

The first page is printed OK - the second page has only the footer printed - and no other pages are printed.

This used to happen when using the Firefox with Ubuntu 9.04 - was fixed when upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 - and has reappeared with Ubuntu 10.04.

It is only for certain sites - the main one I've come across is Twiki based sites.  However, the latest version of the actual Twiki site seems to be OK.  

However, I've found a TWiki site which shows the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiInstallationGuide
2. Select Print Preview 
3. View results
Actual Results:  
Only first page is printed properly - second page only has footer on it - and no other pages are printed.

Expected Results:  
All pages should be printed properly.

A WORKAROUND.

Using Firefox on Ubuntu.

Browse to website.
Press Ctrl-A to select all text.
When printing go to the Options tab and check 'Print Selection Only'.  
This then results in a correct print.

If I had the next year or two spare and didn't need to earn anything I'd possibly be able to get to the cause - but I don't so I can't!
