Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------
1. browse in ff
2. at some point a popup gets through or in some other way a new window is opened. 
3. Close popup or new window
4. Close firefox


What should have happened:
---------------------------------------
One of two things is going wrong. Sometimes, you do not get the dialog box to save tabs. Thus, there is no way to ensure you can re-open with the saved tabs. On other occasions, it does give you the save tabs dialog, but when you open FF the next day, you only get the homepage, not the tabs you told it to save.



What actually happened:

Firefox opened only the homepage.

please update if you are able to still reproduce or try creating a new profile.
