+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #568317 +++

The bad string is now u'</3'.  I think that catching the error and maybe logging is the way to go now.
Maybe we need to look at submitting a patch to html5lib, since this happens in the SimpleTree walker, not in Bleach.
=> 5.12, I downgraded bleach for now.
