user selection of text strings in SVG content
the ability to copy selected text strings to the system clipboard

using Opera or Safari one can drag over the text to select, copy to clipboard and paste to another place such as address bar, or another application.

tried about:config signed.applets.codebase_principal_support true

without result, it would be helpful to have script access.

This is not a dupe of bug 334801

Robert, whilst you may be right, please at least try to be polite and not make personal remarks.

This bug refers to text,  that one to graphics.

this one breaks the spec, as linked above, the other afaik is wishlist, rather than spec.

I'm having the same problem. Copy paste (text) sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. This is very sad for me as I love Camino. It runs faster than any other browser for me (and I get very sick of people suggesting I try FireFox. Don't you think I've tried that and know which works best for me?).
