New account wizard: window is cut off if you try to stop configuration test and start over

Try creating a new account using the wizard: don't accept the suggested values and "re-test" the new configuration.

First problem: if you press "Stop", you're stuck. You'd expect to be able to change the parameters and doing another test (I think this was the previous behavior) but you can only "Start over".

Well, start over and you'll see only a partial window (see attachment), so the only option left is to close the wizard.

I can't reproduce this on a current build, marking as worksforme.
