This is a regression on mozilla-central.

1. insert an image in the editor, for instance using the Midas demo
   http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/
2. select the image
3. resize the image using the handles

Expected result: image resized, the handles and the image border still visible
Actual result  : image resized, image border still visible, handles hidden...
Timothy had a bug on this, I think.  The issue is the misuse of anonymous content stuff by the resize handles...
