The entity defined in: http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.9.2/source/or/browser/chrome/browser/preferences/privacy.dtd#63 is causing a parsing error in the privacy and advanced preferences panes.

<!ENTITY  close.label                   "&brandShortNameକୁ ମୁଁ ବନ୍ଦକରେ;">

The semicolon should come directly after `&brandShortName`.

This is blocking the de-beta-ing of Oriya, sadly. Manoj, can you fix this?
