Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.3a6pre) Gecko/20100611 Firefox/3.7a6pre

Steps:
1. Disable Flash in the add-ons manager
2. Close the add-ons manager
3. Load http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail.html
4. Click where it says "The plugin for this content has been disabled. Click here to manage your plugins."

Result:   Takes me to the addons manager with the *extensions* pane active
Expected: Takes me to the addons manager with the *plugins* pane active
