Just had this reported from a community member: Drumbeat emails eveyone who supports the group every time I edit any text on the project page (I have gotten about 8 'welcome to the Poyozo drumbeat project emails'). In light of this, and our formatting problems, let's DISABLE Drumbeat project messaging. Until we can circle back and investigate further. We're generating spam.
@ Paul: I'm making a bunch of updates to the Web Made Movies project -- and am receiving updates every time I save edits to the page. Is there a quick way to turn off all project-related outgoing messages?
Notifications were turned on for all node creation and update events. Disabled. Project members will no longer receive emails every time a project page is updated.
Re-opened because I just received this message. SJN reported in IRC that he received it as well.
