Our transient bars need some a11y love to ensure they're properly represented to VoiceOver. The pop-up blocker and safebrowsing bars just need their close buttons to be described as "close" rather than just "button". FindBar also just needs the close button fix. FindBarTextured needs the same close button fix, plus descriptions for the forward and back buttons, plus possibly some sort of fix for the Match Case button (which VoiceOver thinks is a checkbox).
