Glenn has somehow lost access to the try server, and he needs it! I'm not sure what's involved in this, though.
Glenn: can you explain what you mean by "lost access"? Support for the web form submission of patches was disabled recently, per http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.planning/browse_thread/thread/d32a768632150938# - is that what you mean? That change means that you now need to use mercurial to push changes directly via ssh, but you're definitely entitled to that privilege - all it requires is associating your public SSH key with your LDAP account.
I was using the web submission form. I don't have checkin privileges but I do have an LDAP account. I'll try the ssh approach, thanks.
I just re-read bug 505757 - based on lack of mention of it there, I'm assuming you haven't yet sent in the committer's agreement form, so you'll need to do that (instructions at http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/ ), and also attach your public SSH key here so that it can be associated with your LDAP account.
Reopen when there is action needed from IT.
