I am using the Jquery UI (current version as at 16/06/10) modal dialog.

With the scroll bar on the dialog:

(1) the scroll bar normally works fine
(2) when you use CTRL-A to select all and then use the scroll bar, dragging commences - scrolling is not possible


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/#modal-confirmation
2.Press CTRL-A
3.Attempt to scroll the scrollbar
Actual Results:  
Dragging of the page commences

Expected Results:  
should scroll the text in the dialog div

1.9.0 & MSIE8 show no scrollbar at all, 1.9.1 (and up) fails as described above.
In Opera 10.60 & Google Chrome 6.0.427.0 using the scrollbar works.

Some open bugs about scrollbars not working properly because they are a part of a selection:
bug 345312, bug 442378, bug 491079, bug 649684;
where the selection is because they are a part of an <a>: bug 367028.
Possibly also bug 464655.
