Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maps.google.com
2. Double tap on any link/image/input field

Actual Results:  
Block zooming doesn't work. Page in a zoomed state blinks for a moment, after that view remains in the initial state.


Expected Results:  
Block zooming works same as on other pages.


Note that it's possible to perform block zooming while maps.google.com is loading, it stops working when page gets fully loaded.

No iframe (at least on the version of the page they are serving me, which looks like the mobile version of the page?). Google Maps sets a meta viewport that disables scaling.

Haven't heard anything from anyone so marking this invalid. General panning (and zooming?) in Google maps is bug 441590.
