On emails which have people CC'ed, in the main message pane there is no button for Reply All. I can do a reply all by using the context menu, but that is not an option using a button.

Reproducible: Always

I uninstalled the add-on tb header tools 0.7.1 and it is now showing as expected.

Not sure I'm reporting the same bug here. Didn't find another one, and it's not fixed. Environment: TB 3.1 on Windows XP, with TB Header Tools add-on installed.

Tried to add Reply-All button to message pane toolbar. Add appeared successful, but button disappeared upon closing the dialog. Reset to default to return button to button resource list. Went around this circle a couple of times, and ended with duplicate instances of the button in the resource list.

After switching to another account and back again, button finally locked in and stayed on the toolbar. Unsure why.
Issue is in the extension - please contact the extension author !
