Just a quick note that this seems to affect the US en locale as well (I first suspected it was a specific bug connected to this locale). Not sure what is going on here exactly. Will investigate.
Same issue on Linux. This should be fixed now, though I don't remember which bug resolved it. Feel free to reopen if it's still an issue.
