There are a couple of paragraphs to add to the existing pages as well as a sentence to replace on the home page for Thunderbird 3.1:

Those files are already in your mozillamessaging locale repo, so run 'svn up'
to get those new files and then commit your translations back.

You can also attach your translations as a zip archive to this bug or as
individual text files, I will then commit them for you.

I have just compared aforementioned revisions with our staging, and it looks to me like everything is good. Would you please tell me what change you don't see online?

For example, in http://www-trunk.stage.mozillamessaging.com/tr/ , I see "Upgrade Now to the new Thunderbird 3.1!" which should be "Şimdi yeni Thunderbird 3.1'e terfi edin!" instead.
