572794 - User pic seen in Edit profile page;missing from View Profile page in both remora and zamboni

Description

steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/4612488/
2.Notice that there is no user profile pic
3.(As an admin)go to User Manager-> Edit user page


observed behavior:
User can see their profile pic in the Edit profile page.The image can also be seen from the admin panel.But the pic is missing from the View Profile page. 

I also see the behavior for https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/9250/

If this is in remora too, it shouldn't block the push.  Like I said in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=568892#c5 remora is pretty broken in how it handles picture uploads.

Wil,it was not broken in remora before you ran the script.The pic is still available on the edit profile page.We should look into this bug just as a precaution, so that we don't end up losing profile pics of users.

Ah, I didn't know that.  Definitely something to look at then.
