When I go to a URL like so:
http://MyTestopia/tr_list_caseruns.cgi?run_id=3740&assignee=[e-mail]

In Firefoce I see an accurate list of current cases and their current status.
In Chrome5 & IE8 I see a list of current cases which contains duplicates and with different status(IDLE and Passed) on each of the duplicates.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL
http://MyTestopia/tr_list_caseruns.cgi?run_id=3740&assignee=[e-mail]
Actual Results:  
result varies by browser.

Expected Results:  
Result is the same and contains no duplicates.
