Thread reply counts are off by -1. New threads start at -1, then 0, etc.
Erik: Not sure if this will be fixed by bug 571368, but filing and pushing to you for now. If the patch will fix it you can set this to depend on that bug and we'll close it when the patch lands.

Since adding the pinning of all POSTs, that should fix it.
