Should page-cache search results. While the hit rate will naturally be lower than on other pages, common searches (like from clicking on linked terms) can benefit from this.

The search pages will now be cached for the default period (was: 15 minutes, will be: 5 minutes after bug 573291). That'll take keep identical searches / browses from hitting the DB at all during that period.
