The results are normal. When I try to access any of the results I am redirected to another search window of a different search engine. I have scanned my machine several times with AV and Spyware with negative results. I have used Opera and I do not get this problem. This should be Firefox related. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter search term 2. Access any result in returned list 3. Rediredted to new search engine with different reults.
Can you please give more details which engine you have used? Also please test in a fresh profile (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles) to make sure no add-on or setting interfere with you.
Most of time is caused by ads add-on or toolbars that are installed with "X" software, it changes the configuration of your home page and the search engine use before. So give me the list or the name of your installed add-on, please. See about:addons
Probably they might be the adds that navigate to new searches, So first check your search engine and then find the corresponding link for a search by scrolling down where the search results will be listed.
