Details

I let my hg account lapse and I'd like to get it reactivated.

Account is mkaply%us.ibm.com

Do I need to go through the full process again?

Paperwork is already on file.
Did you ever use it for Hg, or just SVN? What repos do you want access to?
I did use it for hg. Only repository would be mozilla-central.

Last I checked, my SVN account for labs was still activated.
What's the bug # for the Hg/CVS account setup? I only see bug 364422, which was for SVN.
I'm not sure there was a bug number for that.

I've had a CVS account since pretty much the beginning of the Mozilla project...
I will vouch for mkaply. As he notes in Comment 4 he has been around the project for a long time. At some point we should update http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/commit-access-policy/ to clarify what the policy is for cases such as this.
No vouching is required for account reactivations at the same level as before, whether that person is ancient (hi, mkaply! ;-) or more new :-)

Over to server ops for access to mozilla-central.

You should, however, make sure that you've submitted a signed copy of the most recent version of the committer's agreement:

http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/
hg bit re-enabled for mkaply@us.ibm.com

I did submit a copy of the latest agreement right after I left IBM.
