573775 - Load test PFS2 API for Firefox 4 integration

Fx4 will hit PFS2 pretty hard, we should load test and investigate possible weak points.

Initial ideas:
1) Code review, make sure we are caching appropriately
2) Get PFS2 api behind Zeus?
2) Load test

1) We're definitely not caching well right now, and the DB access needs optimization. 

2) I think the directory / PFS2 API is already behind Zeus

3) We need some numbers about Firefox ADUs to make a guess at how much update traffic this thing might see. Also, how cacheable would the hits be - eg. checking for basically the same thing every time?

I think for #3 we can get stats for add-on update pings on AMO, pretty sure we'll see comparable traffic.

Bug 836415 has now removed the Plugin Finder Service (PFS) from Firefox. As a result, I'm closing all the remaining PFS bugs.

Bug 1071161 tracks retiring the PFS service entirely.
