IE8 has a rendering issue with the download buttons for AMO (both prod and preview). I have attached a screenshot of what a details page looks like. Button is square and seems to be lacking styling, and "Featured" text is also on right side rather than below. In listings of addons, featured shows up in correct location but other CSS (square/etc) is still bad.

The only issue here is the location of "Featured". The other ugliness is just what the world is like in IE.

If you can make featured show up underneath the button in under 10 minutes, let's do this. Otherwise wontfix.
