Thanks. I just tested it and the links are not embedded in the copy the copy that I specified (with <>). Can you make those adjustments? After that, we're ready to rock n' roll.

Is this change pushed to production yet? I can see the autoreplies from staging coming back with the right reply-to and from headers, but the ones from production still have no-reply@mozilla.com.

Ragavan, could you give me more information?
If I send an email to "firefox-home-support@mozilla.com" I get a reply with the correct headers :
From: firefox-home-support@mozilla.com
To: Arzhel Younsi <arzhel@mozilla.com>

Ragavan, this bug is unrelated to the email database/sending code. That code is being updated in production in bug 574771

Hey,
I just want to make sure that when users ask for instructions to be sent to them, the emails do not come from an impersonal no-reply@mozilla.com generic address, but from firefox-home-support@mozilla.com. And when they reply to that address, they get a reply with the text that's in comment #2.
Hope that clears things up.

Raghavan,
That is an application setting? What are you using the send the instructions? The application has the ability to specify MAIL FROM when it's sending email. Not something we interfere with. If the above comment you made was for Alex, then it shouldn't be on this bug, it's confusing :)
