why is it bad to have a space is a mac specific file?  Marking invalid

My guess would be that it's because everyone has to pull that file.  Any scripts
that people have written to traverse the tree will most likely break on
whitespace in filenames.  There has been at least one past occurrance where we
changed the name of a file (or was it a directory) because of whitespace issues.

Dougt, see bug 57392 where endico states "files checked in to the tree shouldn't
have spaces in their file names.  This file was initially checked in by conrad.
Could you please rename the file?"

Spaces currently break both bonsai and lxr and the find command on unix.
