table is OK
How to reproduce it:
a) open an account with www.mindspring.com
b) start using their web e-mail
c)NS4.73 shows the page correctly ( see the first GIF )
d) M18 does not do the job correctly ( see the second GIF)

compare the bottom part of this GIF file

You can clearly see an additional line on one of the GIFs.
When I look the page from saved HTML file (17613) with M18 I see a difference
compared to the the same page I get on line from the net (17612)

over to HTML Tables. I see the missing table cell border in teh attached gif.
