Adding bookmark folders to the bookmark toolbar somehow removes the ability to right click on any bookmark or sub-folders within this folder. The folder itself is clickable on the main bookmark toolbar but everything else inside it can only be left clicked on. Right clicking on any item does nothing. On a Windows machine the expected right click menu shows up but on a Mac in every version of FireFox that I have tested, it does not.

Not having the right click menu means the only way someone can manage bookmarks within a folder on the bookmark toolbar is through the organize bookmark interface. For something as simple as changing a bookmark name, this is a cumbersome process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a folder on the bookmark toolbar on a Mac.
2. Add a bookmark to that folder.
3. Right click on the bookmark within the folder.
Actual Results:
Nothing.

Expected Results:
Right click menu.

I've seen this behavior on 10.5 and 10.6.
