Build Identifier: All 2, 3 thunderbird + lightning
when i get "event invitation" there is no "add to calendar" button if I use network calendar. Event can be add only to local calendar.
I tried linux/windows, thunderbird 2,3 + lightning. Add event to network calendar (caldav) is not possible
Reproducible: Always

Have you tested the current Lightning 1.0b2 release with Thunderbird 3.1?
Have you assigned an email account to the calendar? Double click the calendar in the list on the left or choose Properties from context menu to check.
Another possibility could be that your CalDAV server doesn't support scheduling and therefore the feature is disabled. What server and version do you use?
