Seen with 1.0b9 on minefield nightly build of 20100623

STR:

0) starting from a clean profile, launch Firefox
1) Wait 10 minutes (or in about: config set extensions.testpilot.popup.delayAfterStartup to something like 10000 (10sec) restart and wait 10 seconds)
2) Notification popup for Menu Item Study v2 appears, click the [x] to dismiss the popup
3) restart the browser and again wait.

Tested results:
As seen in chrome://testpilot/content/debug.html the status for the Menu Item Study v2 remains at 2 (starting)

Expected results:
Status for the study should change to 3 (in progress)

Workaround is to click More Info in the notification popup.

removing in-litmus flag, it no longer exists
