Transparent resizer over page
I have noticed that since bug 554810 landed the window resizer itself is transparent when there is a vertical scrollbar. This behavior is not show when there is a horizontal scrollbar.
Expected result:
Should be white behind resizer.

I think this may no longer be relevant given bug 595180 and other changes?

Yes, it is no longer transparent.
