57415 - checking bug's attachments on BUGZILA

How to reproduce this bug:

A) login to Bugzila with NS4.73
B) click on this URL:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=17612
C) you will be able to see the attachment

D) REPEAT the sequence from above with M18
E) YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE the attachment
F) you will get on the screen :

If you repeat the whole sequence (A..F) with this URL

EVERYTHING works OK

The bottom part of the image in 17612 appears to be corrupt.

seems to work on win32 2000101904.

over to imagelib.  we display the image briefly but it is replaced with the
attachment URL almost immediately.  Tested with 102408 mozilla trunk build on
RedHat 6.2
We also fail to display the image on Mac mozilla trunk build 102408 but win32
mozilla trunk build 102404 seems to display the image fine.

invalid.  the image in 17612 does not load fully in netscape 4.7x and does 
mostly load with the new imagelib.  the image is corrupt and shouldn't load 
completly.
