User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100611 Firefox/3.6.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100611 Firefox/3.6.4 So I posted a bug and got no hint as to whether you are taking it seriously. I was told the everyone is having no issues with plugin-container.exe and that it is just my computer. I was told that this bug does not exist, although there thousands of complaints, a simple google of your nifty new addition proves that. So, instead of playing Kim Jong Il with me, how about we inform the public that you are currently working on fixing the issue? Or are we going to just give me some more youtube and forum fodder? I am about one dictator like response away from dropping Firefox all together. I won't be the first person to switch to Chrome or Ie because of this nasty resource hog and system crasher you people call plugin-container.exe!! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open firefox 2.Try do use ANY flash site 3.Get no confirmation of work being done to fix this epic fail from the gods over here at bugzilla. Actual Results: Epic fail Expected Results: Um, usability please?
Don't create additional bugs about the same issue. If you follow the suggested steps in that bug rather than complaining you may find that we can help you.

See, I'd love too but your incompetent buddy deleted it because he is in denial that it exists...
You've been warned already in your other bug about bugzilla etiquette. That bug is not deleted by the way.
Just curious, why is ok for you to speak to customer in such a manner, but when someone gets defensive they are deemed wrong. Is it the anonymity of the bug reporting that you feel you have no reason to show the same respect you ask from others? And if it isn't deleted, why is it Tyler Downer said that he closed the bug? I've kept a record of all the correspondence. The fact stands that plugin-container is in poor shape. So that is where the troubleshooting needs to start, not automatically assume that is my machine, or in this case thousands of machines and not your new plugin container. But its ok, I switched to Chrome. When you want to pull your head out the sand I might consider FF for later use. But at this point, it no longer exists on my machine. Which is the case for us "minority end-users".
