after up grade to 3.6.4 Firefox will not respond on lunch

Please give more info. It will not start? Is that what you mean? If so, please try starting in safe mode, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+mode

Because there was missing information and the bug reporter hasn't responded to the above comment in over a year, i am marking this bug as Incomplete.
