Feature request:
Tbird Download Manager always shuts down after downloading an attachment.
The "ctrl+j" function (as in firefox) could be introduced to keep the download manager open, and to find the files that were downloaded from the email.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment or image from email
2. Watch download manager
3. Once download is complete, download manager does not reopen
Expected Results:
I would like to be able to open the Tbird download manager, and use it to "open containing folder" to find the downloaded files faster.
