Seperating this bug from bug 55822 as flash plugin specific.

Build:2000101908 on mac branch
Plugin instlaled: Flash 5.0r30

Steps:
1 Load the above url
2 When the movie starts, keeping the CONTROL key on keyboard pressed, click with 
  mouse on the movie (so as to launch flash context menu)
3 Observe that browser context menu appears

Expected: Flash plugin specific context menu should appear
adding keywords

With the patch to bug 55822 (which is baking on the trunk), this should work.
Peter, can you test your theory and then mark this a dup?  Marking rtm- on the
assumption this is a dup.
