57473 - The "Finish button is not correct in modern skin

Windows only (Build: 2000-20-09-MN6)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Netscape 6. (go to Edit/Preferences/Themes/Modern)
2. Go to Tasks/Tools/Import Utility
3. Select "Address Book" and click "Next button".
4. Select "Outlook Express" and click "Next button".
Note that "Finish button" is not correct. Screen shot will attach.
It works ok in classic skin.

Screen shot is very clear, but what build is this from?  Was this a build 
20001009 or maybe 20001020?

Nothing special in the theme is causing this, and I can't duplicate it anyway.
Looks like a painting problem.  Reassigning to Layout

judging by the image, this is like bug 50217, where some contents are not 
repainted on a reflow. (You can also see this in the prefs panel for mailnews;
the first time you load that panel, there is garbage left on the screen).
