API: Verify searching for an installed add-on

Steps 
Pre-req- firebug add on is already installed
Go to Tools > Add-ons
Search for firebug
At the end of the results, there is a link See all results(10)
When you click on that link it opens a new tab in firefox which says
"Showing 1 - 20 of 67 results for firebug".
So are we calculating wrong number of results somewhere?

Firebug is already installed; we don't show incompatible or already-installed add-ons.
