Details
Can't scroll option list by mouse wheel.
(1) Open a long option list with scroll bar(ex. boolean chart list in
bugzilla's query page).
(2) Try to scroll it by mouse wheel. option list closes.
This problem may be related to bug 50339.

This is inconsitant with the way other Win32 programs handle the scroll-wheel on
drop down combo boxes (with standard Windows widgets).

marking dup, as you suggested. i plan to try to fix as many of these mousewheel
focus/rollup issues as possible post-6.0.
