I had been playing this FIFA quiz prior to installing the update, and now cannot select the radio buttons after the update.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site (registered member)
2. Click on quiz link during a live World Cup game
3. Try filling the form out.
Actual Results:  
Unable to select any of the radio buttons.

Expected Results:  
Showed which radio input was selected with a black dot in the center, as well as a dashed circle around the outside of the input.

Other forms with radio inputs seem to work fine.
