This page only has a frameset and no body. When initially visited it loads correctly. When I access this page from a bookmark or the recent tabs list it shows a white page. There are two ways to work around this. First you can bookmark an auto-redirect page (bmecu.org in this instance) and use that. Second you can re-input the url into the browser instead of using the bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit the site
2.Bookmark it
3.Close the tab
4.Open the bookmark
Actual Results:
White page

Expected Results:
The page to re-render

I am using an HTC EVO 4G using the default, non rooted, system

This seems to be working for me on N900. I visited http://bmecu.org/welcome.html, then bookmarked it. Then I opened a new tab from the bookmarked link. It opened the page correctly (no blank page)
