Details

Currently Mozilla support "iso-8859-8-i"

This demo page, http://www.qsm.co.il/Hebrew/HebrewTest/MishneTora13.htm,
supports "iso-8859-8i"

According to this ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets,
IANA support "iso_8859-8-i" and "csiso88598i"

We should add the last two.  Should we support the first two?
