Ah, I'm glad to find this bug.

As it is now, it is quite tricky to see which is the active tab. I was about to file a bug to make the active tab title bold, but this bug should sort it out.

I think this is actually a dupe of bug 570280. I just need to update my patch there. But as seen in the mockup attached here they should be much more opaque and specific CSS values are in attachment 453121 [details] [diff] [review].

Verified fixed using an hourly build.  I can finally read background tabs titles on top of my dark desktop backgrounds and especially command prompt.
