Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a fresh Profile
2. Start Thunderbird 3.1, cancel account-assist.
3. Look how the corner does look like.
4. Open Add-On, search for Lightning, install Lightning 1.0b2, restart thunderbird.
5. Now, the UI has "changed".
Actual Results:  
The UI (the corner mentioned in the url) becomes broken.

Expected Results:  
The UI Corner should be the same, as it is if lightning is not installed.
